Rungis
Rungis Rungis (prononcé [ ʁœ̃.ʒis]) est une ville de la banlieue sud de Paris, dans le département français du Val-de-Marne en région Île-de-France. Ses habitants sont appelés les Rungissois. Elle est notamment connue pour son marché d'intérêt national, plus grand marché de produits frais au monde. Fait moins connu, Rungis a été la première commune à élire une femme maire à la libération (Berthe Alphonsine Grelinger, 1946 - 1953). La ville présente un patrimoine environnemental de qualité, notamment grâce à ses parcs et au label « 4 fleurs » obtenu au concours des villes et villages fleuris depuis 2013.
